This page explains the rules of using PokéStockAlerts. By subscribing to Premium or using our Telegram bot, you're agreeing to what's below. It's written in plain English rather than legalese wherever we can manage it — if something's unclear, email us and we'll explain it properly.
PokéStockAlerts watches UK retailer websites for Pokémon TCG and One Piece Card Game stock, and pings you on Telegram the moment something you want comes back in stock. Premium subscribers get faster alerts, more retailers, keyword filtering, Pokémon Center queue alerts, and Smyths in-store alerts. We might add, tweak, or retire features over time — this page covers the service in general, not every individual feature.
Premium is a rolling monthly subscription. Depending on when you signed up, your payment is handled by Stripe or by Buy Me a Coffee — we don't touch or store your card details ourselves either way. Subscribing means you're authorising that provider to take a recurring monthly payment until you cancel.
You can cancel whenever you like, through whichever platform you subscribed on. Cancelling stops future billing, but doesn't refund the period you've already paid for — you'll keep Premium access until that period runs out. If prices ever change, we'll give you fair notice and it'll only apply from your next billing date onward.
New subscribers in the UK have a legal 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel and get a refund, no reason needed — email admin@pokestockalerts.com if you want to use it. If you've already been getting alerts during that window, we may deduct a fair amount for the days you used.
We're watching dozens of retailer websites automatically, and doing our best to catch every restock the moment it happens. But a few things are outside our control, and worth knowing before you rely on us for a specific drop:
In short — we'll give you the best shot at catching a restock we can, but we can't guarantee you'll get the product.
Given the above, we can't be held responsible for missed items, a product selling out before you check out, retailer website changes breaking our tracking, or general downtime on our end. We also won't cover indirect losses — if a missed alert costs you something beyond the alert itself, that's not something we can compensate.
That said, none of this touches your legal rights — nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud, and nothing overrides your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We run this as a small, actively-maintained service, but we can't promise it'll be bug-free, always online, or compatible with every device forever. Retailers can and do change their sites without warning, which sometimes affects us before we can react.
A Premium subscription is for one person — please don't share your access around. Beyond that, just use common sense: don't try to break, overload, or automate against our bot or infrastructure, don't use the service for anything illegal, and give us accurate details when you sign up.
If we spot abuse, fraud, or account sharing, we may suspend or close your access without warning, and we won't refund the remaining subscription period in that case.
The PokéStockAlerts brand, bot, monitoring system, and website are ours. Please don't scrape, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. Product names and trademarks referenced through the bot (Pokémon, One Piece Card Game, and so on) belong to their respective owners — we're an independent, unaffiliated service, not endorsed by any of them.
If your use of PokéStockAlerts — or a breach of these terms — ends up causing us a loss (for example, a claim from a retailer over how the service was used), you agree to cover us for that.
How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy — both apply alongside these terms.
We may tweak these terms occasionally as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do, and keep using the service after a change means you're accepting the new version.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute goes through the courts there. We're not signed up to a formal alternative dispute resolution scheme, but we'll always try to sort a problem out directly first — email us before anything else.
If any single part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Questions about any of this — email admin@pokestockalerts.com and we'll help.
