Email address — provided by you through our Telegram bot when subscribing to Premium

3. Why We Collect It

We collect your email address for the sole purpose of linking your Telegram account to your Buy Me a Coffee subscription. This allows us to verify your Premium subscription status and deliver the correct service to you.

Our lawful basis for processing this data under UK GDPR is contract performance — we need your email address to provide the Premium service you have subscribed to.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your email address is stored in a secure database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest enabled. Access to the database is restricted and protected by access control policies.

We share data with the following third parties, solely to deliver our service:

Buy Me a Coffee — handles payment processing for Premium subscriptions. Your email is used to match your payment account. Buy Me a Coffee has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your payment data.
Telegram — delivers our stock alerts. Your interaction with our bot is governed by Telegram's privacy policy.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts our database infrastructure. AWS acts as a data processor on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your email address for as long as it is needed to provide our service, including after your subscription ends in case you choose to resubscribe. If you would like your data deleted, you can request this at any time by contacting us at admin@pokestockalerts.com and we will remove it promptly.
