PokéStockAlerts is a UK-based Pokemon TCG and One Piece Card Game stock alert service that delivers real-time restock notifications via Telegram. For data protection purposes, we are the data controller.

• Email address — provided by you, or by our payment provider, when you subscribe to Premium
• Telegram user ID — used to link your Premium subscription to your Telegram account so we can deliver the correct alerts to you

We do not collect your name, home address, or payment card details directly — these are handled entirely by our payment providers where applicable. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on this website; see our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Why We Collect It

We collect your email address and Telegram user ID for the sole purpose of linking your Telegram account to your Premium subscription. This allows us to verify your subscription status and deliver the correct service to you.

Our lawful basis for processing this data under UK GDPR is contract performance — we need this data to provide the Premium service you have subscribed to.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest enabled. Access to the database is restricted and protected by access control policies.

5. Third Parties

We share data with the following third parties, solely to deliver our service:

• Stripe — handles payment processing for new Premium subscriptions. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your payment data, and acts as an independent data controller for that data.
• Buy Me a Coffee — handles payment processing for existing Premium subscriptions taken out before we introduced Stripe. Your email is used to match your payment account. Buy Me a Coffee has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your payment data.
• Telegram — delivers our stock alerts. Your interaction with our bot is governed by Telegram's privacy policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts our database and alert infrastructure. AWS acts as a data processor on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data for as long as it is needed to provide our service, including after your subscription ends in case you choose to resubscribe. If you would like your data deleted, you can request this at any time by contacting us at admin@pokestockalerts.com and we will remove it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data
